I'm hoping to start mounjaro next week and I'm really interested in medexpress as they have really good discount codes etc but I'm told they need photo ID which may prove to be a sticking point.

I have the following;

Expired passport
Birth certificate
Marriage certificate
Voter authority certificate

Will any of them do it will I need to find another supplier while I sort out a new passport?

Thank you in advance!

I used an expired passport for mine

Ps I have £40 off med Express code if you need it!

What do MedExpress say they accept? Because most people have a valid passport or driving licence so this isn't something they have faced even if they use MedExpress as their supplier.

I can't seem to find anything about what ID they accept. I'll definitely report back if they take my expired passport. I know I need to renew it I just haven't had a need to as I've not been abroad!

I’ve reported your post @LinesAndLinesAndLinesAndLines . You know full well there’s a thread for codes

I was asking about ID. I was offered a code. I never asked for one.

Sorry @LinesAndLinesAndLinesAndLines referenced the wrong person but did report the right post!

@LinesAndLinesAndLinesAndLines I think @FlappingMadly for you confused with green frog! Codes are a very contentious issue around here and some people can’t help themselves! Please look on the main codes thread where you’ll find loads 😁

@FlappingMadly @IReallyNeedThisToWork

Ah! I see! I've added the codes thread to my watch list and will use it when I order. Apologies if this thread has caused any upset. Not my intention.

I've dug out my little pile of ID so hopefully one of them will be good for something. If this has shown me anything it's that it's always easier to just renew the passport. 😂

I just bought from MedExpress for the first time. It took three weeks for them to approve my order. They rejected two photos. After the second one, that clearly met their criteria, I threatened to tell everybody on my weight loss forums that medexpress's unnecessary delays had disrupted my weight loss journey. The prescription was magically issued the next day. I also insisted they honour the discount I had applied to my initial order too, which they did.
As a consequence of the delays I have reduced my dose as I was unsure about going back onto the higher dose after a 2 week break.
If you order for them, make sure you have plenty of time. All the best,

FlappingMadly · 19/11/2024 21:27

@LinesAndLinesAndLinesAndLines I found Medexpress efficient and got it within 3 days but I’ve tried a few now and they all seem to be slower, maybe with higher demand. When you do start jump on your starter month thread. It’s good for support.

Caffeinequeen91 · 19/11/2024 21:33

Medexpress approved mine within hours yesterday.

Lola3034 · 19/11/2024 21:59

I was asked last time for a new ID since my previous already expired. I originally started with them before my old driving licence expired and recently they asked for new one before they issued me with new pen
