Bmi too low

Hi
I very successfully lost 8 stone on saxenda last year and for the main part have kept it off; however the hunger noise and focus has been difficult recently so I was hoping to try monjaro. My saxenda pharmacy is no longer trade and I can’t get any other pharmacy to take into account the fact although my bmi is 26 it was closer to 50 a few years ago. Does anyone know of any pharmacies that might let me explain this to them? Thanks

I'd suggest booking a consultation with Ouskh (£5). No idea if they'll take you on but if anyone will, it's them.

I think the regulators are clamping down on the guidelines being enforced, and it’s bmi of 30 or 27+ with a comorbidity. Do you have any recognised health issues such as diabetes, sleep apnea etc?

Legitimate pharmacies will not give to you at your current weight, please don’t use an unofficial route to source something that may not be legitimate.

Well done on your previous weight loss. if you’re able to provide any evidence of your use of Saxenda and your previous high weight some of the smaller newer pharmacies may consider taking you after a careful review but I don’t know. Perhaps request a consultation with Oushk or Family Chemist?

Well done on your weight loss what a great job!!!

there are a few places doing maintenance plans and you sound exactly like the person they were created for!

good luck

Surely with a bmi of 26 - all you do is need to lose 3/6lbs depending on height and will be back in normal range

I don't think any chemist will prescribe for you

But amazing loss. Well done

Do you have evidence of needing weight loss medication before? Emails of previous orders, previous photos etc? You might be able to convince a pharmacy like Oushk to consider you for one of their maintenance plans.
