How much is that in weight? You don’t even look like the same person. Amazing.

Wow you do look great - is the before when you had already lost 77lbs and the after is 21lb lighter or is the before some time before MJ?

KitsyWitsy · 12/11/2024 15:09

Bloody hell. #Goals.

The before in OP is when I started mounjaro 8 weeks ago and had lost about 77lbs already (in the 2 years previously)

This is my original before from 202, 98lbs heavier.

You look amazing, well done!

How did you lose the initial bit, and what are you doing exercise wise now because you look great!!

RosiePosieWa · 12/11/2024 15:39

I'm not doing any exercise at all.
And I really need to because my fitness level is zero (stairs get me out of puff)

But I find it difficult to get into a routine at home and can't go the gym.
My son has loads of gym equipment so I've no excuse really.
