I have a 7.5mg pen and want to do a first dose, how many clicks is it ?

Assuming you have used a 2.5mg pen and 5.0mg pen before, it's exactly the same - a full dose of 7.5mg is 60 clicks - twist the dose knob all the way till it stops and there is a 1 in the dose window.

Can you please explain what you mean by you want to do a first dose? Do you mean you want to do the first dose of 7.5mg or the very first dose of Mounjaro, which is 2.5mg from your 7.5mg pen? That would help with the answer.

Twisting 60 clicks of 7.5mg will give you 7.5mg. Is that what you're asking about or are you asking of counting clicks to get a lower dose?

If you're asking of getting 2.5mg from a 7.5mg pen, it would be 20clicks.

That said, I'm worried about your post if it means what I think it means. Did you get 7.5mg pen as a first pen and now wanting to count clicks for a first dose? If so, how and why? It's a bit concerning if so.

If you are considering messing about with your doses you need to be crystal clear what you doses you have done before and for how long, what you are trying to do and why or you may get incorrect and high risk advice which could do you harm.
