12.5mg out of a 15mg pen.

Does anyone know how to do this?
Due to Asda delays I'm just over 2 weeks since my last dose. I'm concerned it's really not a good idea to jump up to a 15mg dose just yet as I might be likely to suffer greater side effects.

To take a dose of 12.5mg from a 15mg pen, you'd need to turn the dose knob for 50 clicks, instead of the whole dose of 60 clicks.

However, if you've gone over two weeks since your last injection, the guidance is to start back on a lower dose. I suggest you speak to your provider and see what they would recommend.

Asda will just tell me to go & buy a new strength pen which I'm honestly keen not to do. How many clicks would 10 mg be out of the same pen? I might be better going down a dose.

10mg would be 40 clicks. If you've not had a dose for over 2 weeks, you've got very low levels by now, so even a 10mg dose will be quite a lot - take care.

Luckily I'm fine after the 10 mg dose.
