Hi all!
I’ve had a horrific reaction to 5mg! I will be going back down to 2.5mg after taking a week break because I’m struggling so much! But I am STARVING and terrified to eat anything!
Yesterday I had less than 500 calories due to being nauseous, had a crumpet (with butter) for breakfast and was so nauseous and then half a fish cake & 2 baby potatoes for dinner and was sick following this. So now I’m scared to eat potatoes and fish! I had a salad for lunch and that’s not caused me any problems but I’m so worried to eat any carbs incase my body now hates them!!
Does anyone have any safe foods?!? Or solid no go foods on 5mg? I just want the 5 days to pass so it wears off already it’s horrific.
