Not a recipe but edamame are high in protein and make a nice snack - I like the ones in a shell (mainly because it slows me down eating them!)

Greek yoghurt with fruit
Scrambled Eggs and salmon
Protein shakes

My go to is chicken and eggs.. I boil a load of eggs for the fridge in 1 go..
If you like yoghurt then there is some good high protein ones, just be carful as some are full of sugars.. I go for natural ones, lidl do a good natural and vanilla one in a large tub.
And I got some protein shake stuff for when I just can't face food, which is sometimes day after jab day, just not hungry at all..

Prawns are brilliant, high in protein and low in fat and calories.
Kvarg (stocked in tesco) is 20g protein and 83 cals per pot. Great for a quick and easy breakfast on the go. Currently on offer in tesco and not expensive.

Edamame are great but be careful to cook them - apparently they're poisonous if not cooked!! (I had some frozen ones and thought it was ok to just snack on them, but they need to be boiled)

Really?!? Oh goodness. I've eaten them frozen before whilst waiting for others to cook! Figured they were like peas! Thank you for the heads up!

Most of the frozen ones are precooked, check the packaging.

Just wanted to share another protein idea:
Heck sausages (Italian chicken) are 60 calories for 2 grilled sausages, and a hefty 10g of protein!
