Is anyone experiencing this as a side effect? I'm on 2nd week of 7.5 and in agony! It's not even around the injection site it's my left hip and going down into my pelvis, clothing hurts, touching it hurts and turning over in bed is agony. I've had it on and off since starting the jabs and all in random places, little finger, scalp, arm but it normally only lasts a few days and I'm now on day 8.

Just wondering if anyone else is suffering and if you have found anything that helps?

Have you taken any OTC pain med - ibuprofen for example? Have you spoken to the prescribing pharmacist? If not you should. They'll give you proper medical advice regarding any issues with Mounjaro. 8 days of this doesn't sound good.

I've tried paracetamol, Ibuprofen and last night I tried codeine but nothing helps.

The weird thing is that I used to get this quite a few years ago but mainly when I was tired or unwell, the skin across my shoulders used to be so painful so there is obviously something in the jab that has kick started it again.

I knew it would be me that gets the weird side effects!

Sorry to hear that. I'd definitely talk to the pharmacist and while you're waiting, you can call 111 or use the nhs111 online website and a medical professional should give you further advice or instructions on what to do.
