Loose skin / target weight / surgery

I am now at BMI 25 and have another 7lb or so to lose.
I have lots of loose skin. I took a photo but I'm worried it may deter others from even starting their journey! I look so much better dressed and am happier and healthier. But the skin makes me sad. I do not feel confident naked though DH clearly doesn't mind it at all.
Is anyone accounting for the weight of the loose skin when working out their final goal? I'd guess it's around 7lb so if my healthy range is 8-10st and I settle at 9st7, is that ok as the skin removal would take me to 9st ish?
Has anyone come to the end of their weight loss and started exploring tummy tuck surgery?
I'm going to buy some compression vests but I think I do really want it removed after doing all this work (don't yet have a plan on how I'll pay for it!)

I think I can a take while to bounce back.

but otherwise I’ve seen lots of successful skin removal surgery on Instagram

I've seen a few people who have lost a lot of weight and a year after hitting goal there is a definite improvement in the skin, so don't full out the potential for it to improve. It also looks a lot better if people have done strength training and built more muscle below the skin.

Having said that, it is something I have concerns about, I haven't built the weight of the skin into my target goal, I will just keep going till I reach a weight I'm happy with. I also don't intend to get a tummy tuck but won't rule it out. I think I'd have to have a full body lift though, as have loose skin around tops of thighs and bingo wings at the moment.

Never thought to look on Instagram.
Yeah if I do anything I'll need to save for a good while so it does allow time for it recover a bit.

@InfoSecInTheCity honestly I say tummy tuck but I have loose upper arms and inner thighs...I suspect if I sorted out one part I'd want to do the rest too, it's a bit of a slippery slope. I'll see how things go but I think I'll ignore the skin weight and get to a healthy BMI with it. If I later lose it it's a bonus!
