Order been bouncing around the postal system since the 25th

Hi all I placed an order nearly two weeks ago with Zava. It was dispatched at 5am on the 25th October, not once did RM try and deliver to my address it’s been bouncing around and Zava have finally found it at my local sorting office.

They’ve told me to go and collect it, not sure I even can as they didn’t leave a card?. Would you be happy accepting the medication given that it’s been out of the fridge for so long and I have no idea of the temperature it’s been at for 5/6 days - Can I argue with them about it?

I wouldn’t accept it, 5/6 days is definitely unacceptable. I would definitely argue that they can’t guarantee the temperature has been kept between 2c & 8c. The 30 days room temperature exposure allowance refers to a used pen.
I wouldn’t be collecting either

It would be too long for my comfort. Have ZAVA told you why RM has not delivered? It is not your responsibility to find out.

If it is not your "fault" a delivery wasn't possible, then you paid ZAVA to deliver, ZAVA has a contract with RM to deliver. ZAVA should be sending a new pen out to you urgently. I would reply refusing to collect something you paid to be delivered and insisting on an urgent replacement.
