Hi I have a 12.5mg mounjaro pen and want know how many clicks is 2.5mg from a 12.5mg pen

10 I think, but why?

From maths, 2.5mg goes into 12.5mg 5 times so 60 clicks is a full 12.5mg so it should be 12 clicks? Can someone check this please

Clicks = (2.5/12.5) x 60 = 12 clicks

Op are you trying to make the oen last longer? Or are you wanting to drop down due to side effects?

A full dose is 60 clicks 0.6ml

2.5mg is a 5th so 12 clicks and a teeny tiny 0.12ml.

Not sure the pen will be that accurate for such a tiny dose, but guess it doesn't matter.

Do you plan to use it for many many weeks beyond the 30 days too? Not something I would personally risk, a few days yes, but weeks when you don't know if the medication will remain stable just feels too long.
