Took my first 2.5mg dose of Mounjaro yesterday morning and was prepared for feeling a bit grotty today, lots of people said they had a headache and felt very thirsty. I’m not feeling anything and now I’m pondering if I did it right!
I have around 4 stones to lose, have insulin resistance thanks to PCOS so really hoping this can help me. Weight has steadily crept on and in the last 4/5 months has piled on - I haven’t done anything differently, I think my body just hates me😂

Dont worry about it, if you are to get any side effects they may happen in a day or two. I didn't really get any side effects on 2.5mg other than feeling tired and cold. My advice though would be to have plenty of fluids, protein and stay away from high fatty foods and alcohol. Also track your calories. Good luck

Thanks. I’ve just made a really tasty lunch and have only eaten half and stuffed but think it’s psychosomatic at this point 😂 regardless, I’m going to stick it in the fridge and come back to it later.
i know it’s early for lunch but the clocks… also I was up and out early for my exercise this morning so was famished and couldn’t wait any longer!
I’ve drunk a lot but usually do anyway and I’ll need to look into what foods that I eat which are higher in protein and what I can add in.
calorie counting is soul destroying, I was hoping to avoid it 😭

Also although I love a good drink I rarely indulge so that shouldn’t be a problem for me.
