My weight is ‘10 stone-something’ for the first time in five years. It’s 10st 13.6, but still! 😆
my BMI is finally back in the healthy range.
(Although according to my Renpho scales my body fat is still obese 😠)
Only 7lbs to go until my goal weight. I love Mounjaro!
