I lost 3st, went from 13st to 10st, and only 1 person commented, my gobby SIL 😄
People will have noticed but it's rude to comment on people's weight. You could have lost weight because you are ill as far as they know.

Hi everyone
I opened my mounjaro pen 6 weeks ago and took one dose and put it straight back in the fridge in the packaging.
Had anyone taken it after 30 days after opening?

Toddlerteaplease · 20/05/2025 15:00

I got my first delivery today and they’ve sent Wegovy. Which is not what I ordered! Been on hold for 30 minutes trying to sort it out.

I need a hernia surgery after hysterectomy trying mounjaro to get to optimal weight, I’m 52, I’ve lost 15 lbs in the first 4 weeks on 2.5 mg, it stalled for a week and I lost nothing, now on my 6th week on 5 mg, nothing at first but lost 4 lbs trying not to put to much into it stalling, would like friends who are going through the same ❤️

Azureshores · 11/06/2025 17:23

I've lost 3 stone 7lbs since jan and have only just starting feeling "slim". It is definitely the toilet roll analogy and I only start feeling slim when I get to a size 10. I've gone from a bmi of 29 to 21, size 16 to a 10. People didn't comment until I'd lost about 3 stone either and even that was only my best friend, dm and dh - my dc's haven't commented or noticed and neither has anyone else! I've always fluctuated weight wise so it's not like I haven't looked slim for years - I've yoyo'ed a lot. And people are more self absorbed than to go around noticing everyone who loses a few stone.

Keep going!

I’m doing so badly compared to every9ne else. I will take my 6 th injection this week, my second at 5ml and I haven’t even lost a stone, and could do with losing 7 or easily 8 stone.

I don’t eat much, I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. This week I think I put on a pound !
so a 171/2 lb weight loss is fabulous.

I haven’t read of anyone who has lost as little as me.
Even my husband is starting to ask if I’ve lost anything.

I was better off on slimming world years ago. And it was much cheaper.

Bellyblueboy · 07/07/2025 22:06

I posted in this so long ago!!!

I was on my fifth dose and am now on dose 41.

I have lost three and a half stone and am now 8st 12. It will happen - it just takes time. If it helps here is my progress

It’s completely normal to only lose 1 or 2 lbs a week. There are definitely others losing like you are, myself included.

@Corrie1972 don’t spam the board with your discount code. And, pro tip, you may need to actually mention the name of the pharmacy you have a discount code for if you want people to use it. Another pro tip, if it’s MedExpress they will wipe your referral credit out if they find your code on websites like this, they’re using AI to find them.

I've been on Mounjaro for 13 months now and have lost 55 lb.
High blood work done last week and my Lipase count is through the roof very high my doctor is taking me off for one month and redoing my blood again see if the numbers come down has anybody had this experience ? And if so what did you do ?

Mrsteed24 · 03/09/2025 16:52

Hi guys
ive been on mounjaro for 9 months at 15mg
ive decided to wegovey due to price hike.
the problem is that i have an unused 10mg pen I don’t won’t to waste. Any ideas?
(nobody knows I’m on mounjaro so can’t sell to friends) thanks mrsteed24

gimmemounjaro · 03/09/2025 17:31

I’d probably just use it tbh, and then switch to Wegovy - you can get 3x 15mg doses out of a 10mg pen. Or 4x 12.5mg doses if you were happy to spend a month slightly lower.

Mariasynnott31 · 31/10/2025 15:12

I started mounjaro 2.5mg and I have taken my 3rd dose today so in 2 weeks iv lost 11 lbs is this good or bad I'm all new to this ?

narkyspirit · 31/10/2025 15:45

Ive been on mounjaro for 37 weeks and lost 3 st 2Lb it wasn't until I had lost almost 3 stone that anyone said anything.

shape has changed quite a lot in the last 8 weeks tho, weights in the gym have helped a lot. I did put a back pack on a few weeks ago loaded with the weight ive lost and went for a walk, what a shock carrying that about!

Amazing! I’ve just started but am really looking forward to this feeling - hoping the weight loss will help relieve my aching joints! 🤞

I’m on my first week and haven’t lost any but I had a cake and coffee yesterday. I thought this drug was supposed to put me off that?

You have to make good choices, but tbh cake and coffee isn’t bad as part of a healthy balanced diet. The main thing is what did you eat over the course of the first week? You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight.

foodlovefood · 01/11/2025 08:54

I have been on it for 8 weeks. I have lost 1 stone. I am counting calories aiming for 1200 a day, sort of doing slimming world. Allowing myself a dinner out or takeaway a week. But not going too crazy and trying to be sensible though I can’t eat a full meal.

my partner has lost 4 stone but he had 7 stone to lose where I have 3. I don’t feel I look like I have lost weight. I remember being at this weight on slimming world and was a size 14. I am a 16.

thankgoditssaturday · 01/11/2025 09:46

So what’s the point of the drug? I can just calorie count without it.

NewDogOwner · 01/11/2025 10:01

It was only after about 8 months that people started commenting on my loss.

NewDogOwner · 01/11/2025 10:01

If it helps, I have lost 5 stone now and look and feel like a different person. Don't get disheartened,
