I placed an order with Curate last week, I've used them before and not had any issues.
I had noticed that my order had not been approved after a week so sent an email to chase them up, in response I got a generic "all orders are approved within 24 hours". When I replied to correct them and remind them that I had ordered nearly a week ago, they cancelled my order. No reasoning, or asking if I'd like them to cancel.
Am I being unreasonable to think this is seriously out of line? This is important prescription medication. I sent a complaint email but don't expect that they will reply.
Have since re ordered with a much smaller company, however Curate still have my money and aren't replying to emails.
