Other Positive Effects of MJ? ADHD? The Noises Turned Down?

I'm only on day two, but I definitely feel more energized and have a sort of 'clarity' about my thoughts. Hard to describe. I think I feel calmer. I have ADHD and my head is usually like a 10-lane motorway - it feels slightly quieter in there.

It's not just food noise that's been turned down, it seems like all of it has just dialled down a little. I feel like tiptoeing, in case I break the spell!!

Anyone else?

Yes me too. I don't have adhd (maybe I do but undiagnosed. Some family members do) but I'm diagnosed with autism and OCD. I've always had mind chatter about EVERYTHING! One of the biggest benefits of MJ is the significant quietening of my mind/brain and I feel a lot calmer inside myself. I noticed it in my very first week of MJ.

This is something I've always wished for because it is extremely tasking to have such a hyperactive brain/mind - I never knew it would come with Mounjaro. A welcome surprise! If it didn't work for weightloss, I'd still be happy to take it just for this benefit and others.

Not specifically adhd but I have had depression and anxiety for most of my adult life. While I thought it was mostly under control, and it probably was, the difference being on maunjaro for 3 weeks has made is amazing. I feel amazing.

Also I have long suspected I have ADHD but have never pursued it but the symptoms associated with is do seem to also be dimished and I feel able to concentrate better

I have ASD and find myself calmer on MJ, sleeping better than I have for years and also more able to get things done. Happier all round really and the weight loss is almost incidental to feeling so much better generally.

I'm astonished and thrilled beyond belief at the effect MJ has had on my symptoms, and it's only day 2! I never suspected for a moment that there would be any effect on ADHD. Everything's so quiet, I'm focused, upbeat and energetic. My DH just used the vacuum near me and I was mostly fine (loud noise is usually a problem for me).

I feel like I'm on holiday from myself at the moment!

I’m in the process of getting an ADHD diagnosis, this medication has been transformational! In the few months I’ve been on it, as well as losing weight, I’ve found myself much more able to stay calm and not react without thinking, I’ve stopped all obsessive behaviours and anything chaotic in my life is being removed, including toxic friends that I was holding onto.

had a blip this week with feeling sick but massively worth it!

There is some research linking MJ and ADHD symptoms.

I'm diagnosed ADHD and am feeling benefits already after only one MJ jab. I’ll hold off giving credit to MJ just yet as it may be coincidence but I do feel calmer and more motivated. It’s not a major transformation, much subtler than that.
