I've booked one to transfer from med express but I've not been sent any link. Anyone know how you log on to the video call? Thanks

My understanding from the group is that you'll get an email shortly before the appointment with a link to join a video call.

I've moved over too but online filled in the consultation form not booked to talk to someone so can't offer personal experience I’m afraid 😁
