Is when I’ve done my injection and it’s back in the fridge and I know a new week is ahead!
On to week 14 and 31lbs lost! 🥳

Not exactly looking forward to the jab but it's due tomorrow morning and today has been a struggle to stay on track, so I'm hoping to feel less interested in food tomorrow. 5 weeks, 5kg down, another 20 to go.

Great progress! I have felt hungrier towards the end of this week too but period due so think it could just be that.

Well i actually got to the gym today - haven't done too well on the exercise front but today was better. That's my next goal now I've got the hang of the jab routine.

Waking up on a Wednesday knowing I have my jab later in the day!

I have to admit I also quite like getting up most mornings to see what the scales have to say😁

Day 3 after my injection. Day 1&2 side effects are really bad for me

I’ve just moved up to 5mg past 2 weeks so I hear you on the side effects! I’ve had a few nights over the whole journey where I’ve really questioned what I’m doing as the side effects have been awful, but on the whole it’s still the one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

Fav part of the week is actually looking forward to jab day. So a day before jab day - I almost can't sleep in anticipation or excitement or impatience. Lol

It's only since I went up to last couple of weeks (been on 7.5 for 6 weeks) @Aitchtee. I feel so rough then I'm sick and have to stay in the bathroom for a couple of hours. It's like my body is clearing itself out and then I'm fine. Counting down to next week 😩

I love jab day.. don't know why, but I really like doing it.. haha.

Can I ask why you keep yours in the fridge? Any reason? .

I didn’t keep my first one in the fridge but as I have always bought a new pen before the old one has been used up the ‘waiting’ pen needs to be refrigerated anyway. So ended up just keeping both current and new in fridge all the time.

Ah fair enough.. didn't know if you were aware you didn't need to keep in the fridge.. no worries..
