Has anyone been waiting ages for their MedExpress prescription?

I placed an order on 11th October, last Sunday they emailed to say their was a delay and then on Tuesday they said that I needed new pics.

i haven’t heard anything since then. I rang them on Friday to check all was ok with pictures but although it originally said there was a 12minute wait for calls to be answered I gave up after an hour without speaking to anyone.

I’m really keen to get started.

I did my first ever order with them Friday morning and received my first pen yesterday morning. I'm very impressed with how quick they were.

No I've ordered twice and received both orders within 4 days. I had to send in another form of ID for the initial prescription and just emailed them to confirm it all. They replied within a couple of hours, on a Sunday as well. Maybe try emailing them instead of a call?

I ordered first dose yesterday, going away in two weeks so intend to start on last day or day after this break, one because no one knows how they will react and because also I’m on my holi bobs and will drink alcohol, hopefully it will arrive before this cause I thought i was planning with enough time, we will see x

I did similar as I had a big night out last night and was planning on starting today/ tomorrow. I’ve emailed them so hopefully it’s resolved soon and I can start this week. I’ve started taking collagen and multivitamins and have some electrolyte sachets in too.

Update on this, got N email this morning saying sorry there may be a delay due to volume of orders, then another late afternoon to say it’s been accepted, processed and will be on its way in a day x

I still havent't heard anything further or had a reply to my email- which said it could take 2 days. I'm really keen to get going now. I feel like I've prepared myself and am in the right headspace but want to crack on.

My order was approved as pen dispatched on the same day. Maybe chase them?

I have but they're not responding to me.

I'm also waiting, ordered on 20th, they requested more pictures yesterday, and have sent me the 'delay' email this morning.
Currently on hold to them on the phone, was supposedly 10 min wait time, it's now been nearly 20 minutes....

I finally heard back from them today and they just said that there were delays but they’d expedite my order. A few hours later I got another email saying it has been prescribed now and I’ll hear when it’s been dispatched. So it took nearly 2 weeks to get to this stage.

Oh wow! I ordered on Friday and received it today. That’s strange.

Apparently it's now been dispached and should hopefully be here tomorrow.

I got through eventually, they said they needed more evidence of the last pen I bought (as I haven't ordered from them before so it's a new provider for me). Also another photo clearly showing my face. Ugh. Had to have the dreaded mirror selfie all over again. (you could definitely see my face in the previous photo!! My phone was just slightly in the way but it's clear it was me!)
Sent off all info, waiting for news now.

Is your BMI well below 30? I wonder why they wanted another photo

The issue was I took the photo with the phone in front of part of my face, so they said they couldn't properly tell it was me. I'm rubbish at taking selfies, especially mirror selfies.
