I took my first dose of mounjaro yesterday at about 4pm. I had a bit of reflux but nothing too bad. But at 3am, it was horrendous.

I had terrible diarrhoea and was so sick. I’ve never been this sick, the actual volume was huge, same for diarrhoea. I was vomiting food (not digested) from dinner yesterday. I’ve had stomach aches and have had to rush to the toilet so many times today. It’s a nightmare to wipe clean too and now my stool is bright yellow. I feel horrendous. I feel so emotional too, I can’t stop crying. I just want it all to stop. I can’t keep anything down. I’m shaking and jittery. Raging hot one minute, then freezing cold the next.
Has anyone else had this when starting on mounjaro. I knew I could have side effects but I feel the worse I’ve ever felt. Even worse than when I had norovirus. I just don’t know if I can cope with this.
Please tell me it gets better soon.
