Insulin syringe dosage

Probably a daft question but I have tried a google and I’m not too sure. I have insulin syringes for the bonus dose and the scale is in 10s up to 100.
what would I extract from the pen if I were wanting to take a 5mg shot?

It all depends on which mg pen you are extracting from.

@ILoveLeopard245 what brand of insulin syringe did you buy? If it's a 1ml syringe then the increments are a hundredth of a ml. A full dose of any pen is 0.6ml, or up to 60 on your scale. What dose is your pen?

So then you need 0.6ml which is to the 60 mark on your syringe.
