I’m sure this has been asked before but when you are not longer considered eligible for mounjaro, can you reduce and maintain. 2.5mg long term?

It depends on the provider and what their interpretation of the guidelines are, pretty much. So some providers are apparently providing maintenance programmes where you can take a maintenance dose, if necessary. Others may provide Mounjaro for a certain amount of time or whilst your BMI is less than 30 but not yet under 25.

The situation is developing as more people get to the point of maintenance and are asking for support with that.
