Would appreciate any advice. Been doing really well on 2.5 for last 6 weeks.
Today suppression seems to have just vanished ( last few weeks had some hunger which has helped me to get into better habits ) but feel like it not working maybe like it was.
Took 2.5 on Friday so was thinking of taking it up to 3.75 so was going to add a bit.
Does anyone know how many clicks of 2.5 would I need to supplement the already taken 2.5 to take up to 3.75 ?
Going to order next pen of 5mg now too.
