Voy- opinions

Can I ask your opinions on Voy please? I'm unsure whether to stick with them of not. I like that their pricing seems the same up to 10mg, and that you don't need to send for more meds, they keep all your info etc and I like the app etc

However, it seems it will default to a higher price unless you have a friend discount, or contact them saying you are going to cancel then they will take £50 off. Which is a bit of a faff. Any opinions welcome. Thanks

Unless you need their coaching services or just like the way they operate (all great btw), you can get it much cheaper elsewhere. They're really only good for the first order or as you say if you get a discount. I used them for my first order using someone's code, got another discount because a couple of people used my code and I've decided to go elsewhere because I don't wish to keep spamming codes. I didn't start MJ for discount codes and it can become weird as I'm giving them free advert too. Lol.

I won't be using Med express and other code-dependent ones for the same reason. I've found 2 that I can stick with and they give a little discount to you personally as a repeat buyer. This was a welcome surprise as I didn't realise they did till I bought from them(Wanted to try them out early to see so i have a couple of extra pens now). So regardless of discount, I'm sticking with them because they're affordable enough. Mid range suppliers.

Can you say who you’re going with now?

olympicsrock · 16/10/2024 18:48

I’ve found them good. Customer services reliable and delivery / communication good.

I have used referral codes though to make it financially worth it.

Sure. Oxford online Pharmacy and Pharmacy2u.

CLEO42 · 16/10/2024 19:31

I’ve just cancelled with Voy as they’ve messed up my order for the 3rd time in 3 months. I thought they were great at first but I’ve lost confidence in their competence

Janie934 · 16/10/2024 21:41

I'm using Voy. Currently on 10mg paying £199 pcm as i signed up to the app. I've just had a Whatapp offering me 12.5mg at the same price so no price increase for the higher dosage. They're not the cheapest but they're easy and I've not had any issues with delivery or changing dates.

IReallyNeedThisToWork · 17/10/2024 08:05

Much like MounjaroHereICome really! I was with them for 3 pens (discounted) but felt uncomfortable with the codes idea and then they refused to honour the £30 off for using the app offer so I threw in the towel and moved. As you know they offer £50 off straight away and now, 2 1/2 months later, they keep sending me 44% off codes.

Not going back though as that STILL makes them more expensive than my current pharmacy!

EBoo80 · 17/10/2024 08:46

I moved after my first month as BMI had dropped under 30 and didn’t want to struggle to move later. The Voy coach was helpful, but the response times for her and also for customer service weren’t great in my experience. I find Oushk, who I moved to, a good compromise btwn the cut price places and the expense of Voy. They don’t do referral discounts which I like, but regularly post discount codes on their very active (and well monitored) FB group.

Orangesandlemons77 · 17/10/2024 11:11

A tip with Voy, if you cancel and want to rejoin, send them an email so they can start you off at the right dose again. I clicked through on the website to 're-order' and it sent me 2.5mg as thought I was a new customer.

I did get it for free though so that was OK, but just to mention this

Can I ask how did you get it for free? Do they send free 2.5mg pen to new customers who wish to rejoin?

No, I had a discount of 100% from referring people to them, now it is 60% off I think for three referrals.

Even if you cancel they still keep adding any referrals to your account during that time, I found.
