Sudden Side Effects

Hi all,

I have been on 2.5mg for 7 weeks now. Definitely ready to move up a dose as I’ve not found the suppression as effective and the food noise is creeping back in. I usually get very mild side effects, constipation and some trapped wind.
yesterday was day 2 after injection and oh my god I’ve had the worst stomach cramps, trapped wind and horrific sulphur burps. They have eased slightly after having some peppermint tea this morning but I still feel like my stomach is twisted.
has anyone else had this and just randomly? I am also terrified to eat. Will this make it worse??
thank you in advance. I don’t want to have to stop taking it as it has worked for me so well.

Hi, join the October starting group and have a read of the main group ‘continuing mounjaro’. The Oct group and oldies will give you all the support you need. I haven’t had what you described and only one night of urgent loo trips since starting in August. I had heartburn this morning solved by a long walk and epic burps. Are you eating enough fibre?
