MedExpress first pen no needles

The instructions even say ‘needles not included’ which is annoying. Should I have ordered them in addition? How and where do I get the right needles for it tomorrow?

Weird, my MedExpress has come with them both times.

The instructions are from Eli Lilly the manufacturer of the Kwikpen which is supplied without needles. But your prescriber needs to include needles in your package otherwise you can't use the pen. So whoever you ordered from should have included a small box of at least 4 needles in disposable caps. They're quite small so usually in a small box, is it possible they're somewhere in the packaging?

Doh, just seen the thread title and realise it was Med Express. They should have sent you needles, so if they aren't in the packaging then contact them and ask to be sent them asap. You can order your own compatible needles if you don't want to wait for them to get back to you - the thread called "Continuing Mounjaro" has details of which ones you need in the opening post.

Those are the needles. You'll see when you pull the tab off that there is a fine needle inside that will get attached to the pen.

If you read the instructions it shows you picture by picture how to use them xx

All done. It makes much more sense now I’ve done it once!
