Hello fellow jabbers. I'm 7 weeks into mounjaro and just loving it! I'm 53 and I wish this had been around years ago. I have wasted so much of my life limiting myself because I was fat. For the first time ever I think I could be a fit person!
Don't yet have the guts to go to the gym, and I know everyone will say that no one's looking. They are.
Anyway, looking for recommendations for the home workouts that you are doing. I want to lift weights. Being a fat person for years has knackered my knees though so squatting and kneeling are out for now.
Thank you!

I have a Fiit subscription through my workplace health programme, which I do at home via the tv. You can choose the type of workout (such as strength training with weights, cardio, Pilates etc) you want, and shorter or longer workouts. I’m actually quite enjoying it!

If you have Sky it has a free trial period on it, via the ‘Fitness’ section. Don’t know how much it costs though after that…

Can highly recommend Fitbymik workouts on youtube. I've been doing them 6 days a week since June. I do the strength and sculpt videos not cardio.

They are 30 mins with dumbells, no repeats 45 seconds with 15 second rest.

Search for 'Fitbymik' she has her own youtube channel.

Good luck
