I did 2.5 for 2 months, worked great, surprisingly good suppression, felt fine.
Went up to 3.5 and 4.5, fine.
I've now been on 5mg for 2 weeks and zero suppression and feel queasy, burpy and shite.
I know it all hits people differently, I've read the threads. Just v annoying! I've been taking ginger and peppermint supplements from the start to combat the eggy burps but now I just feel rough and hungry and like I'm hungover.
Do I tolerate and wait or budge up counting clicks to 6? Move back down to 4 next week? I literally feel like I had 8 beers last night and need a pile of carbs. Am drinking a hydration tablet every other day and a protein shake every other day, along with the usual veg/lean protein/healthy lunch and dinner.
