What apps are you all using?

I've seen a couple of people saying they're using apps to record weight loss and jabs and side effects etc. What apps are you using?

Thanks

I'm a bit obsessed with apps to record everything.
I use:
Nutracheck to log food and weight
Happy Scale to log weight.
I have Eufy scales and my weight and stats are logged on the Eufy Life app.
Me ThreeSixty - to do a body scan each month so I can see myself shrinking
And a new one I found earlier, Shotsy to log each injection taken and weight.

I have Shotsy. I love how it can show an estimate of how much MJ is in my system at any time. I only got it quite recently and need to upload all of my weight stats etc but I like it enough just for the graph! 😁

I use MyNetDiary.

Excel! I made a spreadsheet to track my weight, it plots a graph for me and calculates averages, losses per week, % weight loss, etc. I just put my daily weights into it.

I don't use any other apps because I would be hugely into them for a few weeks, then get bored/forget a few days and get annoyed with myself.

I do use glp1plotter.com as a dose calculator though - really interesting to put on different options and see what an impact it would make.

Thank-you, I'll take a look at these suggestions

Renpho scales for daily weight & tape measure for monthly measurement
MFP for calories and weekly weight
Fitbit for steps
Water app for water
OMRON for blood pressure
Excel spreadsheet for everything including pens, doses, bmi, tdee etc

Don't pay for anything (except excel!)

I'm using the Voy app to record weight and it also updates them at the same time. It tells you e.g. your BMI, percentage weight lost etc.
