Sleep apnoea / snoring

Is anyone finding any changes to this please? I have read the meds can be used for sleep apnoea, I guess due to the weight loss?

I haven't snored once since I've been taking MJ! And I used to snore terribly.
I think it's due to the weight loss around the neck area (which I measured, my neck circumference is 1.5 inches less now)

Yes. I went to the GP and they measured my neck as part of a referral for sleep apnoea, so it definitely is related.

Yep. My husband's pretty happy about it! I used to wake him up with my snoring!
