Hi
I'm just about to take my third 2.5mg injection. It seems to be working well so far! Thinking about next month and wanting to move providers from Voy (expensive!) to Medexpress. Briefly looked into it, and to get the 5mg, which I think I'll need, I need my prescription. How do I go about getting this from Voy? Thanks

You can just send a photo of the box with your name and prescription details on there.

Ive been really impressed with Medexpress

Ah, thanks. I've put everything in the plastic box Voy sent me but I think I kept all the packaging. I'll check it out.

If you click to cancel Voy, they will offer you £50 off, in case that helps.

Quite a good number of people seem to be having delivery issues with Medexpress at the moment so just to give you a heads up. They seem to be inundated with orders.

However, you only have to screenshot your order confirmation from Voy from your email or the details from your Voy account/app for proof of purchase of 2.5mg. No need to take a photo of the physical box.

Just re delivery with MedExpress, the last 3 orders I made were delivered within 24 hours of ordering. I have seen similar feedback from others, so I think they have a handle on it now. You should have photos of your box (with your name, date and dose clearly visible). Also, don’t forget you get £40 off your first order as a new customer!

I would recommend ordering on Sunday/Monday so the order gets delivered swiftly and doesn't get stuck with Royal Mail over the weekend. That's where most of the problems stem from.

I personally moved from Zava to Medexpress because of the discount code too and the proces was very straightforward.
