Pen left outside since Sat!

Will it still be ok? I didn't have a notification, just checked to see where it was and it had been delivered on Sat to my 'safe space' (in the storage seat out the back). I'm so annoyed. The innermost cold thingie is still coldish, but not fridge cold. What do we think. Worried now!

Depends on the drug and whether you've put it back in the fridge or not. What does the leaflet say about how long it is safe outside of the fridge?

contact the company that sent it to you, if the People who they use to deliver did this they need to send you a new pen and claim it back of DPD or whoever. Take a photo

To be fair, if you wanted to use the bonus dose, it takes you over 30 days. When Royal Mail delivered warm Mounjaro, Medexpress replaced it with brand new one and sent it with Next day before 1pm delivery! It isn't your fault that they didn't deliver on their promise. You should demand replacement!

If you are in the UK it hasn't been over 23 degrees in the last few weeks nevermind days. It will be fine unless it was in full sun, or a greenhouse etc,

A cloudy pen indicates some types of issue, a clear pen doesn't guarantee the effectiveness has not been impacted by being outside for so long. I would be disappointed in a provider implying otherwise.

Assuming pen was dispatched on Friday and packaging keeps cool for 48hrs (Sunday) you are 2 days into your discard pen 30 days from out of fridge temperatures.

If you injected yesterday you can get 5 doses on days 2,9,16,23,30.

But if you don't plan to use right away you could ask Voy for a new pen. Although not sure how it would stand if they told you pen was on way/due Saturday and was delivered to your safe place and you didn't check for 3 days (regardless of delivered notification).
