Skin broken out really badly

Daughter in 2.5mg mounjaro with success (lost 11lb in 3 weeks).
she suffers from PCOS and very bad breakouts / acne. She was put on the mini pill to sort this along with lymecycline. She stopped the lymecycline a few months ago but carried on with the mini pill as her skin had cleared beautifully. Her skin continued to be clear on mini pill only.
Since taking mounjaro her skin has broken out badly again. Has anyone had the same and does it settle eventually?
must be hormonal as she had some light breakthrough bleeding too. Anyone?

It's in the patient information leaflet that Mounjaro slows the digestive system down an therefore oral contraceptives do not get absorbed as fast and can not be relied upon to prevent pregnancy.

Presumably in your daughter's case the contraceptives cannot be relied upon to prevent break outs.
