Should I have received needles?

Just got my first pen from Medexpress but there’s no needles, I thought they’d be in the little bag with the vials of medication and swabs but there’s nothing. Should I have received needles, or do I need to order separately?

You definitely should have needles with Mounjaro, they look like stunted pen lids and were in the same box as the pen and swabs

I don't use MedExpress but whatever the provider, yes you should have been given needles. Are you certain they weren't in any of the other packaging?

If they're definitely missing then I'd contact MedExpress and ask them to send them out to you asap.

I was going to question you receiving vials of MJ as it comes in a pen, but glad to see you've now realised those are the needles instead.
