Hello there, I’m new to mumsnet. I ordered Mounjaro with OUSHK on Friday (20/09). A smooth ordering process. I was able to choose my preferred delivery provider (from Royal Mail or DPD). I chose DPD, what a disaster. Having said they would deliver today following dispatch Yesterday (24/09) , I’ve now received a message to say ‘your OUSHK parcel is delayed due to unexpected issue’. That message was at 11.01 and nothing since. It’s impossible to contact DPD as on phoning or messaging the response just says the delivery is delayed!
I phoned OUSHk and they told me to wait for a further SMS. They did say if the delivery arrives and is warm that they will replace it. I’ll be phoning them tomorrow first thing!
