Voy referral code question

Hi

Has anyone ordered from Voy recently and had referral credits on account? I had a few credits on my account meaning my next one was free. I checked with them prior to the deal changing and was told that for previous referral credits would still be at previous deal....
come today and I've been charged for my pen. They now advise that previous credits are no longer cumulative and that only credits from last month count and they no longer roll over. (This has not been case before).

Is it worth arguing or should I just give up?

Just wondered if any existing customers have managed to get their pens in last week and have had the deal honoured.

Yep this is what they tried to tell me. I pointed out that my account was still showing a cumulative balance.
They did say they cant sustain free pens but still a bit cheeky changing the goal posts, when that's not really what they said (I emailed last week before the change to confirm the terms 🙈)

My account has changed now and is not showing the spare referrals I had made

I got same and not happy it applies to this month only!
