Hi all, I have just been approved for Mounjaro. Yipee!!!

I decided to go with Boots in the end. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good sharps bin for the needles, please?

Update: So sorry! Just read that I am provided with a sharps bin!

Some pharmacy’s send them with your first order.

the problem with a sharps bin is that they’re very difficult to recycle as most places, including pharmacy’s won’t take them

If you check the council website they usually collect on certain days- you just have to cook it in.

@TheHeadOfTheHouse That is a good point. I remember going around different pharmacies regarding the disposal of old pill medication. Only one would accept. I will see how I get on with the disposal of the pens and needles.
