Mounjaro have I overdosed??? Help

Can I ask a stupid question. Just done 1st Injection and the pen looks empty after. Is this right? Really worried overdosed despite dialling to 1!

It's OK. The plunger is still at the top so it is full - or nearly full.

It's fine. The clear bit is full of your other doses- it's a clear, colourless liquid

No that looks correct. There will be liquid in the clear part under the plunger still but you can't see it as it's clear.
I'm trying to attach a photo of what pen looks like after each dose but it's not working at the moment.

It looks completely full to me. Are you sure you've even had one dose?
Can you post a picture of the other side of the pen, where the gradation marks are.

Yes, it's still full.
Put a new needle on, prime the pen again, turn the top up to the 1.
Then inject. Push the plunger right in till it won't go any further. Then count to ten then remove it.

No stop- you’ve done your dose/ the picture above is correct.

if you put the needle on, twisted to 1 and plunged until it was back to 0 then you have successfully administered one dose.

do not do another!

That's a full pen. She hasn't used any of it yet.
There are four doses plus the bonus in that pen. You can see that the plunger hasn't moved yet.

Here's a new used pen that looks just like yours.
No dose has been taken yet.
Please read through all of the instructions before you try again so you know what you're doing.
