Apparently they're good. I'm with MedExpress but have heard about of good things about Oushk.

I'm with Oushk. Their pricing is competitive, they offer maintenance packages (although that's a long way off for me) and you can pick your delivery day. I've had no issues with ordering or delivery.

Their main prescriber is Hira Malik who is quite good at engagement on social media and responsive to questions & when people need support. If you use Facebook there's an Oushk support group too which is a bit fanboy-ish but quite welcoming.

Oushk have just put a £25 off discount on their Facebook page if you are still looking at them

It says something about needing a consultation before they will prescribe, like a video call?

I didn't have one, although I think the forms always say you might need a call. They were happy with my info and photos. If there are any questions the prescriber might need to get in touch. My first order was approved within a day or so, from what I recall.

They only do video consultations if there is something that stands out/appears inconsistent in your application. It is just there for your own safety to make sure you are ok to be prescribed. I didn't do one.

Ok thanks, I have niching to hide, just a bit shy of video calls! hopefully my fat photo will be enough

It now says consultation complete, I'm guessing that is ok then

NewLifter · 25/09/2024 06:42

I made my first order with them this week, moving over from Zava, who I used for three pens.

I was fed up of the unpredictability of when my pen would arrive (Oushk let you choose the delivery date) and I'm getting close to maintenance and Oushk seem to have the best maintenance plans.

A video consultation is necessary before moving to maintenance but not necessarily so for starting out.

Good luck!

I’ve just moved and was very impressed they replied to an email I sent in the evening, that evening.
