Anyone react badly to saxenda but OK on mounjaro?

Me. Has horrendous diarrhoea and vomiting with Saxenda, and it set off gallstone issues (I didn’t know I had gallstones before I started it). Now I’ve had my gall bladder removed and am on Mounjaro; no side effects except feeling dizzy. I suspect that is due to
not eating enough carbs though.

Oh that's really given me hope.

I took saxenda years ago, uncontrollable vomiting

I've had my gallbladder out since and am starting mounjaro on Saturday so I really hope.im OK with it.
