Just after a bit of advice. Been on Mounjaro since May and so happy with results. Been slow and steady but 2.5 stone down with another 1.5 to go. Had worked my way up to 7.5mg and was doing great but had a big foodie holiday looming and didn't want to ruin it with no appetite. So I took a half dose the day before I went and then the other half dose when I returned a week later. That was the end of that pen. It worked out perfectly. Enjoyed some amazing meals and only put on 1lb. Since I've been back (4 weeks now) I haven't reordered, mainly due to lack of post holiday funds but also been finding that my appetite hasn't returned with a vengeance and I've still been making good choices. Quite enjoyed the experiment and I haven't put on any further weight. However, I'm definitely not losing any so want to get back on it again. What dose do you think it's better to start back at after a 4 week break? I'm sure the drug must still be in my system a little so starting right back down at 2.5mg seems a little too low but do you think that would be most sensible? Or would you go back in at 5mg? Anyone done this before?
