I’m hoping to get a doctors appointment this week but has anyone else had this?
I’m so itchy all over, have been for the 7 weeks iv been doing this and had a rash since I started but it doesn’t seem to be going.
I really don’t want to stop, my next option is weight loss surgery and I don’t want to do that unless I really need to.
I’m so itchy 😞 iv taken piriton and it helped abit but I’m more worried about the rash/spots. Or is it because iv been itching?
