Started at the beginning of August and I've had a headache since.
I eat when I'm hungry to around 1200 calories a day and i couldnt eat more if i tried, drinking around 1.5l of water, only 2 cups of coffee per day, going to bed early usually around 9 to 9.30pm, have given up alcohol completely but yet I still have a headache.
I feel quite lethargic too but kids are back to school tomorrow so I will have more time to myself to get in my exercise routine back on track which will hopefully help.
Or is this just life on MJ?
