My fitness pal is free. I know some people here use the Nutracheck one which I think is also free.

I'm not using MyFitnessPal now but have in the past, once you've set your frequently used items and meals it's a lot quicker to enter things than at the start.

Nutrachcheck is my preference. My fitness pal lets users amend weights and cals macros etc. nutracheck is British and the values are uploaded by the manufacturer, so they said. I have the paid version and it is excellent

I also have the paid Nutracheck app. I've used it for years and really like it, there are often deals available for the paid version.

I also use the monitor your weight app which gives a graph of weightloss with is free

I started with My Fitness Pal but it was using lots of time having to check everything. I paid for Nutracheck for a year and it's so much better. I don't have to check the values as they take care of that bit so I just log and go. They have meals from major chains as well if you eat out.

I am trying MyNetDiary. Seems fairly good so far.

ThatHazelDeer · 06/09/2024 20:57

mynetdiary...really good!

Snozzlemaid · 07/09/2024 06:07

I think I paid about £25 for Nutracheck for a year.

VioletsHeart · 07/09/2024 08:06

How much does nutracheck cost?

I paid £27.99 for the year.

mondaytosunday · 07/09/2024 09:13

My Fitness Pal. Forget the exercise calories though - way overestimated

NewLifter · 07/09/2024 09:30

I love nutracheck. I can't remember how much exactly I pay but it's well worth it however much it is 😂

FluffBomb · 07/09/2024 09:33

Nutracheck is excellent, there is rarely a food that is not on the app and you have to input all the values yourself. It reads 99.9% of all the barcodes in my fridge / cupboards. So easy to use. Get the paid for app.
