Best weight loss injection for 1-2 stone weight loss

Hi all,

I'm about a stone overweight , and despite healthy-ish eating and regular exercise, I cannot seem to shift it, I would like to give weight loss injections a go. at the most I would like to lose 2 stone, i'm 5'7, and roughly 12.5 stone, to get down to a healthy BMI i need to get down to at least 11 stone 5, what would be the best weight loss injection for that amount?

I have some friends who have been really successful on mounjaro and weogovy, but they are a bit on the bigger side than me and have lost 4/5 stone.

Unfortunately you won't be prescribed any weight loss injections if you haven't got a bmi over 30 or a little lower if from an ethnic minority or have certain health conditions. It's not recommended for people who are not obese - it's a serious medication, with potentially serious side effects, and any prescriber will want to confirm you meet the criteria.

As PP has said, you won't be prescribed it unless you are obese according to BMI and/or have associated health problems and have a BMI greater than 27.
