What's the difference between the brands?

Do you mean the difference between Wegovy and Mounjaro? They're the two injections that are available for weight loss in the UK. They're not different brands, they are different, although similar, drugs.

Wegovy is semaglutide. Mounjaro is tirzepatide. Both are GLP-1 receptor agonists, which means they act on the GLP-1 receptor in the pancreas and brain, to control blood sugar levels. It mimics what happens after you eat. The result is that you feel fuller/have a reduced appetite and need to eat less to feel full.

Mounjaro is newer and has some other active effects than Wegovy, and seems so far to be more effective for weight loss and have fewer side effects.

All the regulated online pharmacies that sell them sell the same product, it's no different whichever one you purchase them from. Wegovy is manufactured by Novo Nordisk and Mounjaro is manufactured by Eli Lilly.

Also, if your BMI is not over 30 it is unlikely they will be prescribed to you. They don't address "bloating".
