I am having a Chinese takeaway and need some advice on the best thing to order.
I am on 10mg of mounjaro and if I have too much sugar I get an upset tummy.

What is the best dish while on this medication?

I'd probably go with something like stir fried tofu/chicken/prawn with vegetables, in whatever sauce you fancy, and some egg fried rice.

Watch the sauces, they put a lot of sugar in a lot of them. Personally I would go for something like an egg foo yung and halve it.
