Medexpress Sunday delivery

ugh I just wanted to vent! I made the mistake of ordering from Medexpress later in the week, because I assumed surely they wouldn't try to ship it over the weekend (also I could see they had a backlog from recent posts)

Well now they've shipped it Saturday morning for a Sunday delivery. Marvellous- except that I gave them my work address! I had no idea they did Sunday deliveries and now it'll be lucky to still be cold by the time it reaches me whenever.

Also it's quite obviously a place of work by the address: Name of XYZ School , etc. Why would you ship to a school for a 24 hr Sunday delivery service!

Anyway. I'll know better next time and will stick to placing orders on a Sunday..

I have done something similar but I thought it could last 21 days at room temperature ?

Yes I have heard things like that, however there must be a reason they ship it with cold packs etc?

I think I'm mostly annoyed because I only ordered it later in the week at that time because I knew they were experiencing delays (from their own admission, processing was taking 2-3 days) so I thought well I'll order now and maybe they'll be able to ship it out by early next week. I thought I was being clever giving my work address. Clearly not 😆
