Where is the mounjaro thread that shows you how to extract bonust

Please does anyone know where is the mounjaro thread that shows you how to extract bonus dose?
I have been looking everywhere. Could someone point me in the right direction please. Or paste a link so I can see how I can get that extra dose out and what I need to order.

I looked it up on YouTube. It's a hard twist but it is very hard to do! I had to hold the pen in my teeth to grip it and then twist. It does work though.

There is a link in the old 'continuing mounjaro' threads (try about 17 or earlier!).
If not, in the current one (29) there is a link to a website that has all the info.

FYI, I use an insulin syringe to ensure I'm her every drop of it out! 😁😁😁

You just have to twist it really hard. I can’t do it but my husband can easily.

I don't want to risk smashing the pen and losing the liquid and also I want to measure the dose to take it all! So I use an insulin syringe. It's dead easy 😍

I did this but the plunger must have broken as it wouldn't twist back and give me the dose. I've had to order syringes.
