What l usually eat in an average day on Mounjaro

I've just done my second 5mg after 4 weeks of 2.5mg.
I have lost a stone and half.. l am also type 2 diabetic.
On waking up one mug of decaffeinated tea with semi skimmed milk.
Breakfast either.
One weetabix with semi skimmed milk.
OR.
One poached egg on small slice of whole meal toast.
OR
One boild egg with ait fried tomatoes and Mushrooms.
Lunch..
Bowl of salad with either prawns/ tuna/ feta with dash of honey and mustard dressing.
Tea...
Smoked haddock with new potatoes and peas.
Or Jacket potato with cheese/ beans/ coleslaw.
Small filet steak with various mixed vegetables.
Home made chunky vegetable soup with small whole meal bap.
These are some examples.
If l don't have breakfast l will have a late brunch and late tea.
Sometimes l don't have lunch.
For snacks l enjoy a mixed fresh fruit bowl.
I haven't had one side effect at all.
No hunger pangs or food noise.
I haven't wanted chocolate ( l used to eat a family bar each night). Not wanted pastries / cream cakes / sweets.
My energy levels have improved.
I'm sleeping better. My IBS and diverticulitis has greatly improved.
I take collegan capsules and magnesium.
I also SI b12 each week.. which has proven to help with any side effects.
I go swimming at least once a week..( only exercise l can manage due to disability).
I did get some peppermint oil capsules.
Ginger root capsules just in case of side effects.
